Every smart lock you purchase from us comes with a 2-year on-site warranty ensuring complete peace of mind. Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal usage conditions. If such a defect arises and a valid claim is submitted within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected parts with refurbished components.
